Omar is the founder and CEO of Maden, America's total Operating System for U.S. supply chains and manufacturing. He is a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, appointed by the President of the United States and the DHS Secretary.

An attorney and former U.S. Department of Defense official, Omar spent 18 months in Afghanistan during the surge, advising senior military and diplomatic leaders. He then became a counter-terrorism prosecutor, working on motions and appeals in the 9/11 trial and the USS Cole bombing trial, and has represented the United States at the principal level in Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Israel.

Omar has served over a decade in the U.S. Army Reserve, with both reserve and active duty time, currently holding the rank of Major. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from UCLA, an M.A. in International Relations from the Maxwell School, an M.S. in Public Relations from the Newhouse School, and a J.D. from Syracuse Law. His attorney admissions include New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Kaysar Ridha is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Maden, where he leads the company's strategy, product, and operations. Drawing on a background that spans advanced manufacturing, enterprise technology, and entrepreneurship, he is focused on transforming how manufacturers and industrial buyers connect through AI-powered procurement and modern digital infrastructure.

Before co-founding Maden, Kaysar founded and scaled technology companies, building expertise in product strategy, AI, digital marketplaces, and commercial growth. A former product designer at Meta, he co-founded Zbooni, a Dubai-based commerce platform incubated at Facebook, where he served as Chief Product Officer.

He later led product initiatives at Desktop Metal, helping drive digital solutions for the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Today, he brings that combination of entrepreneurial and manufacturing experience to Maden's mission of strengthening American manufacturing.
