The ATLAS® Flat Head Hex Body Round Counterbore Threaded Insert is designed for high torque and load applications. With a full hex feature for increased torque resistance, this insert offers exceptional grip range from 0.50mm to 3.00mm. Made from standard low carbon steel, it can also be ordered in premium materials like 300 Series Stainless Steel, Alloy No. 260 Brass, or 6053-T4/6061-T4 Aluminum. The sealant, meeting GM1131M type D, provides a watertight seal ensuring durability and performance. Thread specification complies with 6H per ASME B1.13M standards.
