This insert is made from low carbon steel with options for special order materials including 300 Series Stainless Steel, Alloy No. 260 Brass, or 6053-T4 or 6061-T4 Aluminum. It offers a thread size of M8 x 1.25, grip range of 0.50 - 3.00 mm, and a sealed head with PVC form seals to ensure watertight sealing. With a standard finish of Zinc Nickel, this threaded insert is fastened with 6H thread per ASME B1.13M standards, meeting the seal specification of GM1131M, type D.
