Low-Stress Plastic Bonding AdhesiveDymax® 3094-T-REV-A plastic bonding adhesive cures with high-intensity UV/Visible light in seconds for âon-demandâ rapid bonding and sealing of a variety of plastics. The product adheres well to polycarbonate (PC), polyurethane (PU), polystyrene (PS), and even liquid-crystal polymer (LCP). The adhesive is thixotropic and jet-friendly for easy dispensing. 3094-T-REV-A also features low shrinkage and stress. Typical applications include plastic and household appliance assembly, as well as compact camera module (CCM) assembly.Dymax® materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax® UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax® lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
