The Dymax® 120 cP UV-Curable Conformal Coating is designed to provide quick, tack-free curing upon exposure to UV/Visible or LED light. With secondary heat or moisture-cure capabilities, this conformal coating protects printed circuit boards and components from harsh environmental conditions like heat, chemicals, and humidity. It features a transparent liquid appearance, D75 cured durometer hardness, and offers flexible and rigid bonds to various substrates including ceramic, lead frames, and printed circuit boards. With low viscosity and no solvents added, this coating is heat-resistant up to 100°C, resistant to long-term UV exposure, and complies with UL 94 V0 standards.
