The Dymax® UV Gasket Sealant Adhesive is a revolutionary solution for creating in-place gaskets that provide exceptional protection against dust, noise, and other elements. With a nominal viscosity of 60,000 cP and a cured durometer hardness of 00 to 75, this adhesive offers excellent adhesion to glass, plastics, plated surfaces, and metal enclosures. It cures in seconds upon UV/Visible light exposure, eliminating the need for ovens, racks, and stacking. The adhesive is self-leveling, high/low temperature resistant, and silicone-free, making it ideal for automotive, lighting, electronics, HVAC, and energy applications.

FIP Moisture and Chemical Resistant Gasketing ResinDymax® GA-103 is a Form-in-Place (FIP) and Cure-in-Place (CIP) gasketing resin formulated for fuel cells, underwater enclosures, and high-temperature sealing applications that require low compression set. GA-103 has good adhesion to plastics, electroplated plastics, and metal surfaces while providing superior heat, water, and chemical resistance.This resin can be dispensed into intricate and complex configurations with the added benefit of curing in-line, which allows for increased production speed, greater output, lower processing costs, and reduced inventories.Dymax® materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax® UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax® lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
