The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is designed to optimize conveyor maintenance for belt widths ranging from 36 inches to 800-1000 mm. With a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, blade changes are quick and easy, taking less than 5 minutes. This cleaner's low profile allows installation in narrow spaces as small as 7 inches, suitable for conveyors running in two directions. Choose between a Spring Tensioner or an Air Tensioner for added flexibility, making servicing efficient and on-site blade replacements possible even while the belt is in operation.
