The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, this cleaner allows quick and easy servicing (< 5 minutes) performed outside the chute. With on-site blade change approvals, uninterrupted operations are ensured. Its low profile enables installation in narrow spaces as tight as 7", suitable for conveyors that roll back or run bidirectionally. Choose between Spring Tensioner or Air Tensioner options for optimal tension control.
