The MARTIN® DT2 XHD Secondary Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" with a max belt speed of 1200 FPM. Featuring durable XHD blades that quickly slide into cleaning position, this heavy-duty version minimizes conveyor downtime, enhances productivity, and comes with Spring Tensioner or Air Tensioner options. The Orange Urethane Blades, painted mainframe, and IN-LINE Tungsten Carbide Blade ensure efficient carryback removal, reduces maintenance downtime, and stands up to tough conditions for belt speeds up to 1200fpm.
