The MARTIN® DT2S Inline Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, it allows for quick and easy maintenance (< 5 minutes) performed from outside the chute. With on-site blade approvals, changes can be made while the belt is in operation. Its low profile permits installation in narrow spaces as small as 7", suitable for conveyors running in both directions. Choose between Spring Tensioner or Air Tensioner options for efficient belt cleaning performance.
