The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is a Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped primary cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and speeds up to 900 FPM. This durable cleaner features a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip for 3x longer lifespan than traditional urethane blades. It is compatible with the QC™ #1 HD/PD Mainframe and offers TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner options for consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Please note, do not use this cleaner on belts with mechanical fasteners.
