The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is designed for heavy-duty applications on belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a tungsten carbide-tipped MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade that lasts 3 times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner ensures maximum durability and superior performance. Available with TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner options to maintain optimal cleaning pressure, it fits seamlessly on QC™ #1 HD and PD Mainframes. Note: Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
