The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. With a tungsten carbide tip on its MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade, this cleaner offers exceptional durability lasting three times longer than conventional blades. It fits perfectly on the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note that this cleaner is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
