The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a max belt speed of 900 FPM and a tungsten carbide tip on its MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade, this pre-cleaner offers exceptional durability lasting up to 3 times longer than traditional blades. It can be effortlessly mounted on the QC™ #1 HD or PD Mainframe and comes with options for a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner, ensuring optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Please note, this pre-cleaner is not suitable for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
