The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and offers exceptional durability and performance. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner lasts three times longer than conventional blades. It fits seamlessly on both the QC™ #1 HD and PD Mainframes and is available with a TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. With a blade width of 76 inches and a painted mild steel TC tipped mainframe, this pre-cleaner ensures optimal cleaning efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
