The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is engineered for exceptional durability and performance, suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a MAXIMIZER® Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, this Pre-Cleaner ensures extended blade life, outlasting conventional blades by threefold. It fits seamlessly onto the QC™ #1 HD or PD Mainframe and comes with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
