The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. Constructed with MAXIMIZER™ Urethane and a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner offers unmatched durability lasting three times longer than conventional blades. It fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe and comes with a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. Please note that it is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
