The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is engineered for heavy-duty applications, offering maximum durability and performance for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner outlasts conventional urethane blades threefold. It fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1 HD or PD Mainframe and is designed to withstand temperatures up to 160°F continuous and 180°F intermittent. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
