The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped solution designed to excel in demanding applications. With a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner ensures extended longevity, lasting up to 3 times longer than traditional urethane blades. Engineered to fit both the QC™ #1 HD and PD Mainframes, it offers efficient cleaning across belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
