The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a blade made of the durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner offers exceptional longevity, lasting three times longer than conventional urethane blades. It can be used with the QC™ #1 HD or PD Mainframe, and is equipped with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. Designed to withstand temperatures up to 180°F intermittently, this pre-cleaner ensures efficient belt cleaning while minimizing the need for adjustment.
