The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. With a sturdy blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane featuring a tungsten carbide tip that lasts 3 times longer than traditional blades, this cleaner ensures durability and optimal performance. It fits seamlessly on both the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe and the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner, it provides consistent cleaning pressure while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Please note that this cleaner is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
