The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are engineered for heavy-duty performance, offering maximum durability and efficiency across a wide range of conveyor applications. Featuring a sturdy MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip that outlasts traditional blades by threefold, these pre-cleaners are designed to fit seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD or PD Mainframes. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. With a range of belt widths from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM, these pre-cleaners deliver exceptional cleaning power while ensuring belt longevity. Please note, avoid using these cleaners on belts with mechanical fasteners.
