The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaners designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer exceptional durability lasting 3 times longer than traditional blades. With options for TWIST™ or Spring Tensioners, these cleaners maintain optimal cleaning pressure while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Please note these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.

Replace the mainframe if it is bent.My Pre-Cleaner is wearing more in the center of the blade.The blade is too wide for this application. Replace with a shorter length blade.
