Featuring a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip, these pre-cleaners are designed for heavy-duty applications. Compatible with QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or QC™ #1; PD Mainframe, available with TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner for optimal pressure. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners. Ideal for belt widths 18'' to 96'' and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM with a temperature range of 160°F continuous and 180°F intermittent.
