The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and can efficiently handle a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. With a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer exceptional durability lasting three times longer than conventional blades. Available with TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner, these cleaners ensure optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
