The MARTIN® SAF2™ Industrial Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for various conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the easy blade replacement feature requires no tools. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, maintaining optimal blade-to-belt pressure for efficient cleaning.
