The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
