The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner offers efficient carryback removal without causing damage to belts or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and prolonging blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the no-tool blade replacement system simplifies maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
