The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is an innovative solution designed to efficiently remove carryback on conveyor belts without causing damage. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3' wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple no-tool blade replacement enhances maintenance efficiency. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
