The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is a revolutionary belt cleaning system designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Its unique 'deflected blade' design applies low pressure, making it suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while extending the blade's lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the SAF2™ maintains consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
