The Martin® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures optimal cleaning performance for any conveyor, including challenging belts. With 3' wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, this cleaner minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the simple blade replacement system requires no tools. The SAF2™ is available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for maintaining consistent cleaning efficiency.
