The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback on belts ranging from 18" to 96" in width, with a max speed of 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the belt or splices. Its 3" wide tungsten carbide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and enhancing blade longevity. The clamp-mount design allows for easy installation and the option for blade replacement without tools. With a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, this secondary cleaner maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
