The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaning system is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, while blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and its no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ Cleaner ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
