The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing damage. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, while blade life is extended. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
