Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 800 FPM, the MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or splices. Featuring Tungsten Carbide blades and a stainless steel mainframe, these cleaners utilize a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design for effective cleaning even on challenging conveyor belts. With 32 3" wide blades, the tensioning pressure is minimized to reduce belt damage and extend blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for easy installation and the option of a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner ensures consistent cleaning efficiency with simple blade replacement. Additionally, the inclusion of a dust-tight steel cover door enhances durability and performance, making these cleaners a reliable choice for conveyor systems.
