The MARTIN® Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and can handle a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. With a tungsten carbide tip that outlasts traditional urethane blades by three times, this pre-cleaner offers exceptional durability and performance. It fits seamlessly on the MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe, providing reliable cleaning efficiency. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
