The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner that delivers superior durability and performance for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". It features a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, ensuring longevity and reliability. With options for TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, this cleaner maintains optimal cleaning pressure while reducing the need for constant adjustments. Designed for high-speed operations, it is crafted to withstand temperatures up to 160°F continuously and 180°F intermittently. Not recommended for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
