The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum service temperature of 160°F continuous; 180°F intermittent. With a tungsten carbide-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane lasting 3 times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner ensures durability and optimal performance. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure, it fits the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or PD Mainframe. Ideal for various duties except belts with mechanical fasteners.
