The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM and a service temperature of up to 180ºF, this cleaner offers exceptional durability and performance. Its MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip lasts three times longer than traditional blades, ensuring longevity and efficiency. Featuring a TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner, it maintains optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
