The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and offer exceptional durability and performance. Featuring a robust blade made of MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners outlast conventional urethane blades by three times. Suitable for applications with a max belt speed of 900 FPM and service temperatures up to 160°F continuous/180°F intermittent, these cleaners come with a TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal pressure maintenance with minimal adjustments. Please note that these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
