The MARTIN® QC™ #1 Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaners provide exceptional durability and performance for a wide range of conveyor applications. Featuring the unique MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, these pre-cleaners last three times longer than traditional urethane blades. Designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM, these cleaners are compatible with the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or PD Mainframe. With options for TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, maintenance is minimized while ensuring proper cleaning pressure. Please note that these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
