The MARTIN® SAF2™ Advanced Secondary Belt Cleaner is a cutting-edge solution for efficient carryback removal without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-blade design ensures easy replacement. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, increasing blade longevity and overall cleaning efficiency. Additionally, the SAF2™ is available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for optimal performance.
