Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, and blade life is increased. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
