Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for a wide range of conveyors, even on 'worst-case' belts. With 10 durable 3" urethane blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while ensuring extended blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Whether equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the SAF2™ maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
