The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Complete with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with an easy-to-adjust lock pin, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency even as the blade wears down.
