The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it is suitable for use on a wide range of conveyors, even on challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement makes maintenance simple and cost-effective. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
