The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is an innovative solution designed to effectively remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, it ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
