The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Choose from options like Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades, and Hot Rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal performance.
