The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is a highly efficient solution for removing carryback on conveyor belts without causing damage. Its patented low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures gentle yet effective cleaning, suitable for all conveyor types. The 3' wide blades, available in Tungsten Carbide or Urethane, minimize tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade lifespan. With a compact clamp-mount design and simple blade replacement system, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. The SAF2™ is equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure adjustment, ensuring continuous cleaning efficiency, even with blade wear.
