The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Additionally, it is available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, providing the necessary blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
